General Information
Painting Snapshot for GHL provides digital GoHighLevel snapshots, painting contractor automation systems, AI appointment assistants, CRM workflows, funnel templates, websites, and marketing assets designed specifically for painting contractors and painting businesses.
By purchasing our products, you confirm that you:
Are at least 18 years of age
Have read, understood, and accepted these Terms
Will not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or misuse our digital products
Digital Product Policy
Delivery Timeline
After purchase, you will receive an order confirmation immediately. Your Painting Snapshot for GHL will be delivered within 1 business day (Monday–Friday) and includes a one-click installation link, setup instructions, and documentation.
Product Access
All products are digital and delivered electronically via email. No physical items are shipped.
Lifetime Access
Your purchase includes lifetime access to the snapshot version purchased, along with future updates released for that version.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, lack of usage, misunderstanding of features, compatibility issues, or third-party platform limitations.
If you do not receive your snapshot within 1 business day, you must contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Support Policy

Each purchase includes 15 days of free support starting from the delivery date. This support covers:

Paid Support (Optional)
Ongoing or extended support plans may be available for advanced customization, complex workflows, full system setup, or multi-crew and multi-location painting businesses.
Free Support Limitations
Free support does not include:
Complete system rebuilds
Advanced custom automation logic
External integrations outside GoHighLevel
Full website redesigns
Marketing strategy or advertising services
Intellectual Property Rights
All snapshots, workflows, funnels, templates, scripts, automations, designs, and digital content are the exclusive intellectual property of Painting Snapshot for GHL.
You may not resell, share, distribute, rebrand, sublicense, upload to marketplaces, or provide our products to other agencies or businesses.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the products solely for your own painting business or for painting clients under your direct management.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and current information
Use the snapshot in compliance with all applicable laws
Follow GoHighLevel messaging and compliance rules, including A2P 10DLC
Maintain and manage required third-party services such as Twilio, Mailgun, Stripe, Meta platforms, or similar tools
We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect setup, user error, outdated integrations, third-party platform changes, or service outages.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Painting Snapshot for GHL shall not be liable for:
Lost revenue or profits
Missed leads or estimate bookings
Business interruptions
System downtime
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability, if any, is strictly limited to the amount paid by you for the product.
No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including increased estimate bookings, leads, revenue, or business growth. Results depend on your implementation, market conditions, service quality, pricing, and overall business operations.
Third-Party Platforms
Our products integrate with GoHighLevel and other third-party platforms. We are not responsible for:
Service outages
Billing disputes
Policy changes
Account suspensions
Compliance requirements imposed by third parties
Use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our products and services if you:
Violate these Terms
Attempt unauthorized resale or redistribution
Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
Misuse or exploit our systems
