All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any digital products, including but not limited to:

Onboarding or support services
Once access to a digital product is delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.
No Refunds Will Be Issued For

Lack of technical knowledge or setup experience

Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee delivery of your Painting Snapshot for GHL within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).
If you do not receive your delivery email:

Verify that the email address entered at checkout is correct
If needed, contact our support team and we will promptly resend your access information.
Support Policy (Non-Refundable)
Each purchase includes 15 days of free support, which may include snapshot installation, basic setup assistance, minor customization, workflow activation, and onboarding guidance.
All support services — whether free or paid — are non-refundable, even if unused.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us immediately.
At our discretion, we may offer store credit toward another digital product. Cash refunds are not provided.
Product Quality Assurance
All snapshots and digital assets are tested for compatibility and functionality within GoHighLevel at the time of delivery.
We are not responsible for issues caused by user misconfiguration, incorrect setup, or third-party platforms such as Twilio, Mailgun, Stripe, Meta, or similar services.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to a digital product is considered a violation of this Refund Policy.
In the event of a chargeback, we will provide proof of delivery and may immediately revoke access to all products and services.
