A painting website that gets the estimate booked
A page for every service and every town you work in, a square-footage estimator that answers the only question she is really asking, and prices we keep current for you. You stay on the ladder.
Where the work goes, and what it costs you
Painting companies rarely lose one big job. They lose a slice of every week, in six places, and every one of them happens before anybody picks up a brush.
Not one Services page. A page for every job you want
One page cannot rank for interior, exterior, cabinets, decks and commercial at the same time. So we do not ask it to.
A page for every service you sell
Interior repaint, exterior repaint, cabinet refinishing, deck and fence staining, commercial, HOA and new construction each get a real page. Each one covers prep, the coating system you use, how long the crew is on site, how long it holds up, and what the homeowner has to move or cover. That is the page that ranks, and it is the page that gets you a caller who already understands why the cheap quote is cheap.
A page for every place you actually work
Painters do not serve a county, they serve the towns they are willing to drive a crew to at seven in the morning. We build a real page for each of those, with your work, your crews and your local jobs on it, instead of one contact page and a map pin.
Photographs that do the selling
Before and after galleries per service, laid out so they still load fast, because in this trade the portfolio is the argument. A homeowner cannot judge your cut lines from a paragraph.
Schema, sitemap, robots and llms.txt done properly
The structured data states that you are a painting contractor, what you do, where you do it and when you are open. The clean sitemap and llms.txt mean the AI answer engines read the same thing, so you turn up when somebody asks an assistant who repaints cabinets in your town.
The specification, in writing
Nine things carried on all three plans. The cheapest one gets the same speed, the same weekly price updates and the same five included revisions as the dearest.
Three coats. Start with the one your company needs
The monthly is the figure you actually live with, so it is the number we lead on. The $597 one-time build fee sits under it on every plan, and you pay that only after the site is live.
Prime Coat
plus $597 one-time build fee
Live in 7 daysRight for you ifYou do good work and your website is the weakest thing about your company. Everything on the ladder starts here.
Your website stops being the reason a homeowner picks somebody else. She lands on a page that opens straight away, finds the service she was actually searching for, gets an honest range out of the estimator, and her request arrives in the system your office already watches. Your prices on the site match your prices in the van, every week of the year. And changing something stops costing you an email, a quote and a fortnight.
Second Coat
plus the same $597 one-time build fee
Live in 10 daysRight for you ifThe whole crew including you is on a ladder between seven and four, which is exactly when homeowners ring. You are not losing those jobs to a better painter, you are losing them to whoever answered.
The calls you physically cannot take get answered. Somebody picks up at half seven in the evening, works out whether it is an interior repaint or a full exterior with repairs, gets the address and the rough size, and puts the estimate on your calendar. Every text and every message about a quote lands in one place with an instant reply. At the end of the month you get a PDF that tells you plainly what callers asked for, which services they wanted, how many of those calls used to go unanswered, and how many became a booked estimate.
Full System
plus the same $597 one-time build fee
Live in 15 daysRight for you ifYou are tired of buying every lead. You want the phone to ring because people found you, not because you paid for the click.
You stop renting every enquiry. Three researched articles, three images and two reels a week means the questions homeowners type before they book a painter are answered by you, on your own site, and the same answer shows up in the feed and in a reel. Your Google listing stops going quiet. Months in, you are the painter Google and the AI assistants name when somebody asks who repaints cabinets or does exteriors in your area, and that keeps working long after the week you published it.
Line by line, all three
Second Coat is Prime Coat plus the AI engine. Full System is Second Coat plus the content engine.

Sell the job in the language the street actually speaks
Plenty of painting companies work neighbourhoods where a good share of the homeowners would rather read about prep, coats and what the warranty covers in Spanish. Add a language for$100 one time, per language, on any plan.
The part that matters is how it is built. The usual offer bolts a translate widget onto the page. That creates no new addresses, so Google has nothing extra to index and you still rank in one language. We build a separate real page for each language: its own address, its own title and description, its own schema, and hreflang tags pointing the versions at each other. Every service page and every town page. Each language can then rank on its own and be quoted on its own when somebody asks an assistant, in their own words, who paints houses near them.
Spanish, French and German are already wired into this site's locale registry, so adding one means writing the translated pages rather than rebuilding anything.
Third-party integrations are quoted separately. Routing your own website forms into any CRM is included on every plan; connecting a job-management platform, an estimating tool, an accounting package or a payment processor is priced before we build it and never billed afterwards.
Live in 7 days on Prime Coat
You do not pay the $597 build fee until the site is live and you have signed it off.
Pay the first monthly invoice
You start on the monthly only: $117 on Prime Coat, $227 on Second Coat, $597 on Full System. The $597 one-time build fee is not charged yet.
One onboarding call
We take your services, your coating systems, your rates, the towns you send crews to, your brand, and your job photographs. One call, not a chain of forms.
We build it
Prime Coat is live 7 days after that call. Second Coat takes 10, because the receptionist and the chat agent have to be trained on your services, your rates and what you will and will not quote over the phone. Full System takes 15 while the content engine is set up.
Pay the $597 after you are live
The one-time build fee is charged once the site is live and you have signed it off. Not before. That order is deliberate and it is the reason painters take the call.
Book a walkthrough of your current site
Pick a slot below. We open your site on a phone, go through the services you want more of, and tell you what we would build and what it would cost.
What painters ask us first
Prime Coat is $117 a month, Second Coat is $227 a month plus AI usage, and Full System is $597 a month. All three carry the same $597 one-time build fee. You pay only the monthly invoice up front. The $597 is charged after the site is live and you have signed it off, never before.
A revision is any change request you send us, and there is no limit on how much you put into one. Updating the copy on a page, adding a whole new page, changing a colour, adding a crew member, updating your rates, taking a seasonal promo down: every one of those is a revision. So is something far larger. "Build two new service pages, here is the full copy and the photos for both" is a single revision, not four. Five are included every month on every plan at no extra cost, as part of what you already pay rather than an allowance to ration. After the fifth, each additional revision is a flat $20, with no cap on how many you can buy and no hourly billing, so you know the price before you ask. Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days of you sending it, whatever its size.
Form submissions from your own website into any CRM you run are included on every plan, by direct API, Zapier or Make, at no extra charge. Anything past that is quoted separately: connecting a field-service or job-management platform, an estimating tool, an accounting package, a payment processor or a custom API is priced before it is built, so you see the cost and decide. It is never billed to you afterwards.
It gives a homeowner a real range instead of silence. She picks interior or exterior, puts in the square footage or the number of rooms, says how many coats and whether ceilings and trim are included, and flags the condition of the surface. It is set to your own rates, so the range it shows is a range you would actually quote. It is the single most useful thing on a painting website, because it is the exact number she is trying to work out before she is willing to let a stranger into the house, and answering it is what turns an anonymous visitor into a booked estimate.
Most painting sites run a page builder, a gallery slider, a form plugin and several tracking scripts, and every one of them ships JavaScript the phone has to download and run before anything appears on screen. We build on the Astro framework, which sends almost no JavaScript, and serve static pages from Cloudflare’s global edge. We guarantee a Google PageSpeed score of 90 or better, often 100, on mobile and desktop.
A PDF you can read in five minutes, rather than a dashboard you would never log into. It tells you what the callers that month asked for, which services they were chasing, how many rang outside your working hours, how many of those would have gone to voicemail before, and how many turned into a booked estimate. For a painting company that usually means finding out how much exterior work was calling in the evenings, and how many people wanted a service you do not have a page for yet.
Carriers in the United States require any business sending SMS from a ten digit number to register the brand and the campaign first. Without it your texts get filtered or blocked, which means estimate reminders and follow-ups quietly never arrive. We file the registration as part of your Second Coat setup and the carrier fee is passed through at cost.
Prime Coat goes live 7 days after the onboarding call. Second Coat takes 10 days, because the receptionist and the chat agent need training on your services, your rates and what you are willing to quote over the phone before they can book anything sensibly. Full System takes 15 days while the content engine is set up. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at payment.
It is included on Full System. Plenty of homeowners never reach a website first: they search, they get the map, and they judge three painters on the listing alone. So we keep yours working. Recent job photos go up rather than the six shots taken the year you started, posts go out when you run a seasonal offer or add a service, the questions people leave on the profile get answered instead of sitting there, and your hours and service areas stay correct. A profile nobody has touched in a year quietly suggests you might not still be trading.
We rebuild it and keep your domain. Your existing pages are redirected so anything you already rank for is not thrown away, and the content worth keeping is migrated. The old site stays up until the new one is live, so there is never a window where a homeowner searching your name finds nothing.
With fast pages, real service and location pages, correct schema and clean sitemap, robots and llms files, we guarantee your site starts ranking in your area within three to five months. Anyone promising you the top spot next week is not being straight with you. In a local market with established painters it takes a season of published pages before the map results move.
Yes. One domain is included free, or we point the one you already own at the new site and nothing changes for your customers. Every form submission pushes through direct API, Zapier or Make into any CRM you run, and we include our own CRM with your own login, so you can see each enquiry and each booked estimate yourself.
