The information, products, and services provided by Painting Snapshot ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") are intended for house painting contractors, business owners, marketers, and agencies who wish to leverage GoHighLevel CRM tools and digital assets for the house painting industry. Painting Snapshot is a software and automation product — we are not a painting company, we do not perform painting work, and we do not provide painting services to homeowners.
By accessing or using our website, snapshots, funnels, AI agents, prompts, or related digital assets, you acknowledge and agree to the disclaimers outlined below.
1. Independent Provider — Not Official GoHighLevel Store
Painting Snapshot is an independent provider of GoHighLevel CRM snapshots and related services. We are not an official partner, employee, or reseller of GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.) or any of its parent or partner companies. Our role is to provide custom-built, niche-focused solutions that help businesses implement GoHighLevel faster and more effectively.
Affiliate relationship: We participate in HighLevel's affiliate program. Some outbound links on this site to gohighlevel.com are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you sign up, subscribe, or upgrade through them. This costs you nothing extra — HighLevel charges the same price whether you use our link or go to their site directly. For full details, see our Affiliate Disclosure.
2. Built with Industry Expertise
- Our snapshots, funnels, and AI systems are designed in consultation with leading house painting contractors and professionals in the home services industry.
- We continuously improve our products based on customer feedback, evolving best practices, and market changes.
- Customers receive 1 year of free updates, delivered via email whenever improvements, optimizations, or new features are added.
3. No Guarantee of Specific Results
While our products are designed to enhance automation, lead generation, and customer engagement, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as:
- Increased revenue or profit,
- New homeowner leads, booked jobs, or conversions,
- Compliance with industry-specific licensing or regulatory requirements.
Results vary based on factors outside our control, including your business model, implementation, local market conditions, and execution strategy.
4. Estimates Are Ballpark Figures Only — Not Real Quotes
Any pricing calculator, instant-estimate widget, or cost tool included in our snapshots is a lead-capture tool that produces rough, ballpark figures only. These outputs:
- Are not real project quotes, binding bids, or contracts,
- Do not reflect the actual price any contractor will charge a homeowner,
- Are intended solely to start a conversation and capture lead information.
Final painting project pricing depends on an in-person assessment, surface conditions, square footage, coatings, prep work, and labor — all determined by the individual contractor. Painting Snapshot does not set, quote, or guarantee any project price, and is not responsible for pricing decisions made by contractors using our tools.
5. Contractor Licensing, Bonding & Insurance
Painting Snapshot is a marketing and automation software product. We do not perform painting work and we do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the licensing, bonding, insurance, qualifications, or workmanship of any contractor who uses our products. Homeowners should independently confirm that any contractor they hire is properly licensed, bonded, and insured in their jurisdiction. We are not party to, and accept no liability for, any agreement, project, or dispute between a contractor and a homeowner.
6. No Professional Advice
The content, prompts, and AI workflows we provide are for educational and business enablement purposes only. They should not be considered financial, legal, or professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making business, financial, or legal decisions.
7. Customer Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that our snapshots, funnels, or AI tools are properly integrated into your GoHighLevel account.
- You must ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws (including marketing, data protection, and privacy regulations).
- We are not liable for misuse, misconfiguration, or non-compliance arising from your implementation.
8. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Some of our products may require integration with third-party services (e.g., Twilio, Stripe, Google, or OpenAI APIs). We do not control these third-party providers and are not responsible for:
- Service outages,
- Changes in pricing or availability,
- Policy or compliance changes.
You are responsible for maintaining your own third-party accounts and ensuring compliance with their terms of service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Painting Snapshot disclaims liability for:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
- Business interruptions, data loss, or opportunity loss,
- Reliance on any information, prompts, or workflows provided.
Your use of our Services is at your own risk.
