How refunds work on the painting snapshot: what is covered as a digital product plus install service, what we ask you to try first, and how to request one.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases of digital products made through Painting Snapshot are final and non-refundable.

Once a snapshot, funnel, prompt, or other digital asset is delivered, you will not be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange under any circumstances.

2. Exceptions for Billing Errors

Refunds are only available in cases of:

  • Duplicate charges — you were billed twice for the same product.
  • Incorrect charges — you were billed an incorrect amount.

3. No Refunds for Usage or Dissatisfaction

  • Dissatisfaction with features after delivery.
