What is the difference between Primer, Two Coats and Masterpiece Finish?

Primer changes how GoHighLevel looks: themes, UI kits, dark mode, colors, logo and login pages. Two Coats adds how it works day to day: menus, a floating quick menu, dashboards, pipelines, announcements and the contact actions bar. Masterpiece Finish adds the website toolkit (popups, notifications, calculators, floating widgets) and a white-label editor.

Is it really lifetime access for one payment?

Yes. One-time payment, lifetime access. The account stays yours with the limits of the package you bought, and you can keep editing and saving designs for as long as you use GoHighLevel.

Can I upgrade from Primer to Two Coats later?

Ask our support team from the email address on your account and they will explain how to move up a package. Saved designs live in your account, so the work you have done carries over.

Do you need access to my GoHighLevel account?

No. We never ask for your GoHighLevel login. You paste the install line into your own White Label settings yourself; it takes about two minutes and the help docs walk you through it.

What do workspaces, templates and team members mean?

A workspace is one brand with its own designs and install code. Saved templates are designs you can keep and swap between. Team members are extra logins for staff. Primer has 1 workspace, Two Coats 2 and Masterpiece Finish 3.

What does "up to 15 live" mean for popups and notifications?

On Masterpiece Finish you can have up to 15 popups, 15 notifications, 10 calculators and 10 floating widgets switched on at the same time. You can still edit and save more templates and swap which ones are live.

How do I pay, and is it secure?

By card through Stripe Checkout. Your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them. You get a Stripe receipt by email.
